- Newsletter signups: your email address, collected and stored by our email provider, Beehiiv, when you subscribe.
- Points Concierge intake: the goals, spend, and card information you voluntarily share through the intake form after booking a session. This never includes account logins or passwords — we don't ask for them.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number or full billing details ourselves.
- Analytics: basic, aggregated usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected via an analytics tool to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To send the newsletter you signed up for.
- To deliver the Points Concierge service you purchased, including building your custom plan.
- To respond to emails you send us.
- To understand overall site usage and improve the content.
What we don't do
- We never ask for or store your financial account logins or passwords.
- We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers to run parts of this site, including Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe (payments), and a scheduling/intake tool for the Points Concierge service. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To request that we delete information you've shared with us directly, email nate@thepatiencepath.com.
