These terms govern your use of thepatiencepath.com and any services purchased through it, including Points Concierge sessions. By using the site or purchasing a session, you agree to these terms.
The content on this site
Articles, newsletters, and other content published by The Patience Path are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Points Concierge sessions
- Sessions are booked and paid for through Stripe. Pricing at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
- After payment, you'll complete an intake form and schedule your call.
- Points Concierge is travel and points strategy only — not financial, investment, tax, or credit advice. See the disclosure page for details.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (card approvals, redemption availability, award pricing) — those depend on factors outside our control, including issuer decisions and third-party award inventory.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to reschedule, email nate@thepatiencepath.com as soon as possible and we'll find a new time. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work it out.

Limitation of liability
